3. Cartridge Refilling Policy
During cartridge refilling, Arya Info System may replace minor damaged parts (such as drum cleaning, blade adjustment, or small components) free of cost if required.
However, major damage such as broken body, chip failure, or completely damaged drum unit may incur additional charges.
4. Printer Repairing & Full Service
We provide complete printer servicing including cleaning, roller maintenance, internal inspection, and testing.
Any major spare part replacement will be chargeable after customer approval.
5. Rental System Terms
Arya Info System provides computers and printers on rental basis. Rental systems include:
- Free Hardware Maintenance
- Free Software Installation
- Basic Technical Support
Any physical damage caused by the client will be chargeable.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made on time as per invoice. Delay in payment may result in service suspension.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
